"Ruklevsky was a self-taught artist who worked as a designer in the 1920s for Goskino (State Cinema). He was head of the department which produced film posters and supervised the various poster artists, including the Stenberg Brothers and Prusakov. He often colaborated with the Stenbergs" (Pack p. 306).
