Printed Christmas Keepsake, Inscribed and Signed by Powell, to Madame and Mademoiselle Blind; in the form of a bank check, with Powell's portrait at the left and his inscription in the form of a "Pay to the Order of" and his signature in the form of the endorsement to the right, 4 1/2x9 3/4 inches (11x25 cm). Madame and Mademoiselle Blind were the wife and daughter of Adolphe Blind, who had died the previous year. New Haven, 25 December 1926.
