Partly-printed DS, as Jackson County Court Judge, in ink, purchase order for valves and other supplies from Independence Hardware Company, accomplished in unknown hand, in pencil. 1 page, oblong 4to; paper clip stains at upper left, vertical folds, delivery stub attached with two punch holes in left margin. With two carbon transfer copies, unsigned, yellow or pink paper, one with remains of hinging at upper edge verso. Np, 10 January 1927.
