Engraved map, 355x655 mm, wide margins; contemporary manuscript additions; hard creases, some edge tears (repairable), separations along a horizontal crease, partially repaired but with several minor losses. - Notes: Scarce map of the old Northwest Territory showing 20 ranges of 5-mile townships, with a key identifying Moravian Indian towns. This copy with contemporary manuscript additions, identifying other towns and extending the courses of several rivers. Map was issued separately and engraved by Weston. See Wheat and Brun 681 for a detailed discussion of the map.
