A superb impression of this scarce print, with burr in the foliage at the left and with warm plate tone and inky plate edges.
According to Usticke, "An extremely rare plate " (RRRR-). We have found only 4 other impressions at auction in the past 20 years; the last impression sold at Swann, November 6, 2002, auction 1950, lot 71. Bartsch 141; Biörklund 32-5; Hollstein (White and Boon) 141.
