RUSCHA, ED. Every Building on the Sunset Strip. With a pull-out, accordion-fold of commercial and residential buildings on the Strip. Small 8vo, printed stiff wrappers; silver mylar slipcase, bottom edge starting. Roth 182; Hasselblad 198. first edition, second printing. (Los Angeles), 1966

  • Condition: The book is in excellent condition. There's minor soiling on the front and back cover, and on the spine of the book. There is also a very faint line, which can only be seen from very close up, along the back cover, from the adhesive holding the silver cover on the slipcase. The contents are clean.
    The slipcase is in very good condition. The mylar cover on the slipcase is lightly rubbed. The adhesive holding the silver cover down is also beginning to lift from the board and there are cracks at the lower and uper edges so they are opening are starting to separate. The white paper top and bottom are very slightly age darkened.

    Please note this is a first edition, second printing.
