Light marginal dampstaining, mainly at beginning and in second half of volume, and occasional marginal soiling; approximately twenty leaves torn with varying text loss, some with crude repairs, most noticeably at end of Revelation; several leaves probably supplied from another copy; lacks general title and the next two leaves (replaced in facsimile), and the last two leaves of revelation.
