Quarto, variant of the first edition, likely printed in early 1640; a large example, ex libris James William Ellsworth with bookplate; signed J.R. Lowell, Elmwood on title; from the Rosenbach Collection, with typed card insert; bound in full red straight-grained morocco, rubbed; some faint water staining; 7 1/8 x 5 1/2 in.
