Dearden Jr. (d. 1938) of Oak Lane, Philadelphia, with his circa 1930 photoengraved bookplate by printer, typographer and designer Ruth Thomson Saunders inside the front board; in a custom slipcase; 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 in.

This edition is a resetting, page for page, of the 1605 edition, omitting Hugh Sanford's prefaces. The leaves signed Ee5 and SsII contain extra material and are added to those two original signatures.
