Manuscript Document of sale, for 3 slaves, to be transferred from Louisiana to Texas, the youngest of the slaves being the son of his owner. 1 page, 4to. Ellis County, Texas, 30 October 1863 Very unusual in stating that one of the slaves is the child of the slave owner. Texas slave material is uncommon and highly prized.
