Signed at the bottom with a mark by Cezar Scipio. "Witnessed by Stephen Whiting and Samuel Bukley Jr." at the bottom. Docketed "Negro Cesar Scipio of Litchfield Note. PD. 15 Sept. 1795, No.2 R.Pg. ''42"
