  • Notes: Depicts the congressmen who voted in favor of the 13th Amendment, as well as Abraham Lincoln and Hannibal Hamlin. Provenance: gift from J.W. Rose to John L. Bates (probably the Lieutenant Governor of Massachusetts), 30 April 1900.
