- Notes: signed by bellmer for fellow surrealist tristan tzara in a small, neat hand, in pencil, at top of front endpaper: "exemplaire de Tristan Tzara / H. Bellmer / 1952." Bellmer also made a single correction to Mitrani''s essay on page 11; in the sentences "Réaction désespérée de la motricité à la sensibilité? Ou bien, si naturel, libérant réflexe-clef de l''Humain qui s''exprime" he crossed out "si naturel, libérant" and added "simplement." A wonderful association.
