  • Notes: first edition. number 72 of 150 copies. inscribed and signed to maurice raynal "mon bien cher ami." Reverdy played a seminal role in development of the modern esthetic. In this same year, together with Max Jacob and Guillaume Apollinaire, he founded the influential journal Nord-Sud ("North-South") which contained many Dadaist and Surrealist contributions.
