Composite border of woodcut skeletons on recto of the 11 leaves following the title; white-on-black woodcut arms of the Prince of Wales on verso of first 12 leaves and on F4v and G4v. [32] (of [40]) leaves, including woodcut white-on-black title (the last 16 leaves laid in from another somewhat wider copy, lacking D1, F4, H1.4, and I4). Small 4to, early 19th-century 1/2 red roan, joints rubbed; skeleton border cropped on A3r and A4r, light dampstaining and edgewear on the supplied leaves. [London: Humfrey Lownes, 1613]
