    Taj Poscé, a Philadelphia native, is currently based in Baltimore, where he recently earned his MFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art's LeRoy E. Hoffberger School of Painting. He holds a BFA from the Tyler School of Art at Temple University, which he completed in 2018, and he was a selected nominee for the Yale Norfolk Summer School of Art. He has developed a distinctive artistic practice that combines painting, collaging, and the use of pyrography.

    Awards include the Bertha Lear Painting Award, the Mural Arts Black Artist Grant and Fellowship, the LeRoy E. Hoffberger Fellowship, the Congressional Black Caucus Artist Award, and, most recently, the Creative Baltimore Fund Grant. His solo exhibitions include shows at Rush Arts Philadelphia, the Black Rock Center for the Arts, Germantown, MD, and, most recently, at Dimin NYC in Tribeca, New York. Bio courtesy of the artist.

Upon request, Swann will facilitate the shipping of purchases to out-of-town buyers at an additional charge for packing, shipping and insurance, but will not be responsible for any loss, damage or delay resulting from the packing, handling and shipping thereof. Unless specific instructions are received, Swann is the sole judge of the method to be used for shipment. Packing and shipping costs will be noted on the invoice mailed to successful bidders after the sale, and are based on the actual costs involved.
