- Notes: Essentially the same printed program used by Houdini but with the substitution of Teale's name in various places. Teale used Houdini's demonstration-lectures word-for-word after Houdini's death, substituting his own name where appropriate but still giving full credit to Houdini for his pioneering work. Teale credits his expertise from the fact that he spent "more than three years collaborating with Houdini in psychical research."
