Thomas Stafford's Apollo 16 Robbins Medallion. Approximately 1.5 inches in diameter circular medallion, featuring the Apollo 16 mission emblem and crew names. The launch, lunar landing, and splashdown dates are engraved on the reverse. No serial number. Robbins Co., 1972
