  • Notes: Inscribed and signed by Haise: "Our problem occurred ~ 200,000 miles from earth! 13 April 1970, Fred Haise, Apollo 13 LMP" and: "Boom! April 13, 1970, 10:08 PM EST, Freddo." Haise has underlined both "13's" of the explosion dates to emphasize the coincidental match with the Apollo flight number and has marked an "X" where the explosion occurred on the flight path.
