Notes: Andy Warhol is remembered for his Pop Art images of such icons as Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, Jackie Kennedy and Liz Taylor. But Warhol was also a devout Catholic, who attended Mass several times a week and prayed daily with his mother. Warhol even had a private audience with Pope John Paul II in 1980, when this picture was apparently taken.
