10 pages, 8 1/2x11 inches. Additionally initialled by Faulkner on page 4. Holes punched in the left margin.
Signed twice by Faulkner -- the second signature being almost illegible. The reason for the two signatures was a change to the contract on page 3, which has additionally been initialled by the author. Faulkner sold the rights to the novel for $35,000.
