- Notes: The second issue, with the reprinting notice on verso of the title, with the Charter preceding the Acts and the second edition of the Table containing pagination through 1721 (also bound in prior to the Acts title-page). Lacks only the last issue for the session ending in October 1723 (pages 393-95; Evans 2445) from being absolutely complete. Even without this final issue, this copy of the colonial laws of Massachusetts is among the most complete in existance. Evans 1686, 1750-1752, 1815, 1816, 1891, 1892, 1966-1968, 2031, 2032, 2130, 2131, 2233-2237, 2347-2348, 2442-2444.
