- Notes: Unnumbered copy on Johannot pur fil woven paper with the lithographed plate. specially bound with éluard's autograph manuscript of the epigrams written for the book. 12 pages, oblong, each 123x196 mm, rectos only, inlaid two to a page by Martin. Contains numerous revisions and corrections and deleted epigrams, each numbered in the left-hand margin corresponding to the order in which they appear in the published volume. A magnificent copy of Picasso and Éluard's last collaboration, published one year before Éluard's death. Goeppert 62.
