- Notes: One of a handful of copies for the cast, producers, et al. Lepper (page 18) notes the existence of this script prepared for the Washington, D.C. premiere of the work, but apparently had not seen a copy. The inserted lines in holograph occur on page 10. The book was not published until 1968 and differs textually from this script.
