- Notes: Almost all of the photos picture Houdini; some picture Houdini with Bess, and a few are vernacular family shots. There are a number of action shots with Houdini doing escapes, some on location during film shoots, others at professional gatherings, etc. A small number of photos were taken after Houdini's death. Many of the photos are unpublished. This album certainly represents one of the largest gatherings known of vintage Houdini photographs.
