- Notes: one of only twenty unnumbered copies of this elegant book. The type was set and binding crafted completely by the hand of pressman Don von R. Drenner. His charming colophon states that the type was set with arthritic hands and that no comma, nor emendaton has been offered by the scrofulous printer. A TLS by Drenner to the owner of the book describes his choice of printing the spine title foot to head.
