THOMSON, CHARLES. Letter Signed, “ChasThomson,” as Secretary of the

Congress of the Confederation, to the Governor of Connecticut, circular letter, sending a

resolution [not present] requesting from each state copies of the acts of their legislatures

since 1774, in order to facilitate cooperation among the states. 1 page, folio, with integral
