April 1954. Not signed but possibly of interest: Ex-President Roosevelt’s letter over his printed
signature to Paul V. Collins, concerning Woodrow Wilson’s rejection of his proposal to lead a

Prince Henry of Prussia (1862-1929) was the younger brother of Kaiser Wilhelm II and a
career naval officer. He was more charming and diplomatic than his brother, and his 1902 tour
of America went far toward improving relations between the two nations. The tour included, of
course, a meeting with President Roosevelt. Includes: Two letters addressed to James H.
