We searched high and low to try and find any
trace of “Lincoln Park” in Shilo section of
Asheville, North Carolina with no luck at all.
It would appear as though this might have been
some sort of scam, or perhaps an honest project
that simply did not get off the ground. Terms
were certainly low enough; one could buy in for
as little as “$1.00 a month.” Perhaps the rea-
son it failed.
