the Second Session of the Fifteenth Congress” and setting forth conditions of publication.
Written in holograph between two printed lines noting that publishers are expected to
send copies of their newspapers: “without additional charge, however, on that account.”
The holograph postscript, referring the recipients to obligations specified in an act of
Congress. 1 page, 4to; faint dampstaining at upper and lower left edge, small holes at upper
horizontal fold with minor loss to printed text, three edges unevenly trimmed. (MRS)
