Comprising a sixth-
plate daguerreotype of a serious-looking
soldier in a great coat; a sixth-plate daguerrean
portrait of a Light Infantry officer; 2 sixth-plate
tintypes of important figures whose uniforms
and feathered hats are elaborately tinted and
gilded; and a quarter-plate daguerreotype of a
German soldier by Dehme & Jamrath; the first
in a full leather case, 3 in half cases, and the last
in a freestanding frame. 1850s-60s
