Countersigned by Secretary of Congress Charles Thomson. 10x13 inches; complete separa-

tions at few folds with some loss to text incompletely repaired verso with silk, vertical fold

touching Hancock signature (without loss), even toning and brittling overall, some loss at

fold intersections, some chipping at upper and right edges.
