a dinner party held in her honor on January 11, 1959, in St. Louis, MO, hosted by David

Stickelber. Signed on the front page, near upper edge. 4 pages, folio, velveteen covered

boards with gilt foil onlay to front cover, bound together with string; faint mildew aroma,

minor damage to backstrip.

David A. Stickelber (1928-2011) was a Kansas City manufacturer who helped to establish the

Performing Arts Foundation there; the Foundation arranged to bring world-class performers to

Missouri, including Callas.
