gies for the long delay.” The second, to
Messrs George Head & Co., declining a
proposal to remain a tenant while accept-
ing a sub-tenant, and explaining that he
had not left the house vacant because it
had been in the charge of a caretaker
while he was living at his Brighton resi-
dence. Together 4 pages, 8vo, each written
on a single folded sheet, “Regents Park”
stationery with printed address marked
