Lima, 17 July 1783 [400/600] Discusses the ongoing religious education of the Indian population of Tarma, including the use of the Doctrina Christiana (verso of leaf 19)—apparently a later edition of what had been the first book published in South America in 1584. The recent rebellion led by Túpac Amaru II is referenced on leaf 21 recto.
