  • Notes: Daniel J. Farrar (1862-1925) had a profound effect on the architecture of the city of Richmond. Farrar, who followed in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, both builders, was involved with at least 14 buildings in the 1890s, as designer, builder or both. Included here is the contract for the building of Lincoln Hall in Claremont. This archive is also rich in family photographs.
