  • Notes: first complete american edition. This account of Cook's fatal third voyage includes pioneering visits to what are now Alaska, British Columbia, and Hawaii, where he was killed on the beach. Most standard printed sources do not list this exact title and imprint, although 16 copies are listed in the corresponding ESTC entry (see Evans 30274, Howes C729a, Sabin 16251).
