[12], 169 [i. e., 170], [18] leaves. 8vo, contemporary limp vellum, worn, spine imperfect, small holes through covers; some light marginal soiling and minor dampstains, scattered minor tears not affecting text or illustrations, occasional early underscoring and marginalia. Early Castilion Fiorentino Franciscan ownership inscription on title; extensive early manuscript notes on front and rear endleaves giving medicinal formulas and remedies for various complaints.
