- Notes: Each begins with a detailed description of a shipwreck, followed by an accounting of the costs associated with surveying, unloading cargo, and towing. The Emily ran aground at Holmes Hole near Martha''s Vineyard during a gale; the Rockhill struck Eaton''s Ledge near Deer Isle, ME. Both reports are signed in Boston by J.R. Bradford as Adjustor of Marine Losses.
