- Notes: Deeds issued by Wells as mayor of Salt Lake City, confirming Brigham Young''s ownership of various parcels of land across the city. Mayor Wells was a noteworthy Mormon apostle and a counselor to Brigham Young. Each are also signed by James Jack as notary public, and many are docketed on verso by Edwin D. Woolley (a Mormon bishop) as county recorder.
