Strasbourg Lily with pendant initials L C watermark (Ash/Fletcher 36 A a, who cite an impression of the same subject in the Pierpont Morgan Library, New York, Vanderbilt Collection, with an identical watermark). Ex-collection J. Cantacuzène, ink stamp verso (not in Lugt), and unknown collector, ink stamp verso (not in Lugt). A superb, evenly-printed and dark impression, with the sulphur tinting at the left and the craquelure in the sky printing clearly and with burr on the foliage at the far left center and on the signature lower right.
