SPECIAL COPY, INSCRIBED FOR HIS FATHER PROKOSCH, FREDERIC. The Seven Who Fled. 8vo, original 1/4 black buckram over gold and black patterned boards. London, 1937
- Notes: one of only ten special copies. inscribed to his father in the month of publication: "with my love and deep esteem. Frederic Sept 1937, Cambridge." He added "To my Father" on the copyright. On the half-title, he wrote: "One of ten special copies. Frederic Prokosch. Bibliographical note: The first ten copies of the First English Edition (simultaneous with the American, I believe), were printed on special handmade paper, and bound in black buckram and gold-patterned paper. F.P." This was the author's second work and the Harper Prize Novel winner for 1937-38.
