Born in 1902, Osiecki originally studied architecture. After his emigration in 1930, he dedicated himself to film, exhibition architecture, and graphic design. While he designed many posters himself, he also worked on several with Skolimowski and Hrynie Wiecki. In the second half of the1930s, Osiecki designed posters for the Polish Tourist Board, using amixture of photography and airbrush. ref.
