Thomas Stafford's Apollo 15 Robbins Medallion. Approximately 1.5 inches in diameter circular medallion, featuring the Apollo 15 mission emblem and crew names. The launch, lunar landing, and splashdown dates are engraved on the reverse. Serial number 156. Robbins Co., 1971
