  • Notes: From the photographer; to the present owner in 1979.
    Roman Vishniac: A Vanished World, 166.
  • Condition: Vishniac's print depicting a solitary figure in the snowy streets of Cracow is in excellent condition with no visible surface flaws. The photograph is signed and titled, in ink, on mount recto and was printed in the late 1960s-1970s.

    The photograph was purchased directly from the artist by the present owner in 1979. The picture is illustrated in Vishniac's monograph, A Vanished World, page 166.
