- Notes: The bulk of this broadside is given over to the publication of 6 letters between U.S. Secretary of State Robert Smith and British envoy David Montagu Erskine as they negotiated an end to Great Britain's 1807 trade embargo against American shipping. This agreement was later overturned by the British government, a step on the path to the War of 1812. Only one other copy of this patriotic broadside is recorded.
