ten on behalf of Martin Key who agrees to allow Henry to settle on the land on

Leatherwood Creek in Henry County purchased by Henry but currently involved in a

legal dispute. Additionally signed by Martin Key and witness William Henry.With docket-

ing in holograph on the terminal page: “Martin Key’s agreement to settle anywhere on

Leatherwood Lands.” 1 page, small 4to, with integral blank; silked on verso, few short
