delivered on the occasion of the first anniversary of the
1808 British ban on the African slave trade. In addition to the Oration, the order of the day
included a prayer, the reading of hymns, and singing. Thomas Commeraw led the singing and
reading of the hymns. American Imprints 18618. Not in the Blockson Collection, or
