Complete Catalogue

A selection of Old Master prints includes highlights from Rembrandt and Albrecht Dürer, as well as iconic engravings from the latter’s visionary predecessor, Martin Schongauer, virtuoso etchings by Giovanni B. Piranesi and Francisco José de Goya and a scarce, monumental woodcut from the circle of  Titian.

The Modern offering features a dynamic selection of Latin American prints and originals, including drawings by Diego Rivera and Roberto Matta, as well as an extensive offering of scarce Rufino Tamayo Mixografía prints. It is the most comprehensive selection of Latin American Art that Swann has offered, to date.

The sale will continue with modern European Surrealists, such as Salvador Dalí and M.C. Escher, and conclude with a group of American visionaries, with scarce prints by Thomas Hart Benton and Grant Wood.
