Edited by Zo d’Axa {pseud. of Charles
Calland]. It is a misnomer to call these issues
newspapers. They were occasionally released
and addressed issues of the day from a socialist
or anarchist viewpoint. Almost all are single
unfolded sheets, with a full-page illustration
on one side and commentary on the verso. Of
the 23 issues, 3 are double-page, but they are
uniform in size to the regular issues. The series
is complete except for numbers 20 and 21.A
single issue appears in the market once in a
great while. We find no files ever having come
to auction. They are in remarkably good
condition except for number 16 which has a
sizable closed tear.
